EIP – Early Intervention Programme

The EIP Centre started in 2001 in a house in Sea Park. It was relocated to the present site in 2002. The center is located at 916, Lorong Mawar, Kg. Kayu Ara, 47400, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The Centre’s opening hours are from 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Purpose

  • to provide pre-schoolchildren with special needs the opportunities for learning
  • to create public awareness and acceptance of children with special needs
  • to offer practical, emotional and spiritual support to the families who participate in the program

Activities

  • Respite Care – One Saturday a month set aside to look after the child to give parents of the child an opportunity to rest

Training

  • We provide training for helpers and volunteers at the center
