Cell Group Week 2008

The Badges came in all sorts of shapes, sizes, colours and taglines. You would think that badges were something of reasonable size that could be pinned or stuck on your clothing. No! - one was so huge, you had to hang it round your neck! (See pic). Who wouldn’t notice the ‘Light of the World’ badge from USJ (I) & (II)? It was shining so..oo.. brightly.  And that colorful, glitzy badge of Tropicana - it effectively proclaimed the Cell Agenda. The judges had to award ‘Best Badge’ to both.

If you think there is confusion over what constitutes a badge, there was greater liberality over what qualifies as ‘flyers’. We have booklets, bulletins, newsletters, memo-like leaflets and actual flyers. Nevertheless the panel of judges matched the challenge and unanimously chose Taman Mayang (II) as the winner.

Cheras CG deserved the prize for ‘Most Number of New Members Incorporated’. Their enrolment went up 50% through their group members’ joint effort.

Well done everyone! Not only have you added colour and excitement to the two Sundays, you have promoted the CG Ministry and left an imprint in those who have yet to join a cell group. Your video clip was informative and inspiring, and you even managed to recruit ‘Phua Chu Kang’. Do continue to connect with your contacts and get them to visit or join your CG. Syabas to all!
