PRAYER forms a major part of PJEFC’s Philosophy of Ministry. The five other pillars of PJEFC’s Philosophy of Ministry (Exalt, Connect, Grow, Serve & Go) are sustained and empowered by this sixth pillar, Prayer. We are conscious that the church and its ministries need to be seriously undergirded by the united, fervent, persevering prayer of the members.
While it is expected that the leaders themselves are to drive prayer for their respective ministry and programs, there are also the church organized prayer:
- Weekly Prayer Meeting held every Wednesday from 8:45pm – 10:15pm, gathering in the Impact Chapel
- Corporate Prayer Sessions held during service on every 2nd Sunday of the month
- Prayer Tower Ministry which upholds the Sunday services in prayer throughout the duration of the services
- Prayer Grotto, which is a room next to the Impact Chapel, set aside for anyone or any group of people who want a quiet place for prayer, meditation and worship. To use the room please contact the church office.
It is the desire of the leaders of the church and the Prayer Ministry of the church that PJEFC become a house of prayer (Mark 11:17).
